What other delegates have said...
"Excellent Course, I entered with a very open mind not sure what to expect but the best £65 I have spent in 13 years in the trade."
"Very good indeed and I have already spread the word amongst other professionals in the industry who would be interested in attending any
future events like this."
"A course that I shall certainly recommend to other members of my staff, if they wish to enter the arena of judging or indeed offering tastings of our own beers.
"Beer Academy's How To Judge Beer is a half-day training session that goes beyond its pragmatic title, exploring beer production, styles and faults. Imbibe attended a recent session at The White Horse in London's Parson's Green, the day, from 12:30 to 5pm, covered the origins of the various flavours present in beer, either from the raw materials or from production processes. A useful section tackled various faults that affect beer, from brewing defects to infections at the venue where it's served. An array of beer styles were tasted throughout the day, with a mock beer judging at the end of the day."
